Sales Process Management:
Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including presenting proposals and negotiating contracts.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meeting or exceeding sales goals and revenue targets set by the company.
Market Research and Analysis:
Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, and providing sales forecasts to management.
Customer Service:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Communication and Negotiation:
Effectively communicating with clients, building rapport, and negotiating terms of service.
Compliance:
Ensuring all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven Sales Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the waste management or related industry.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients.
Negotiation and Persuasion Skills:
Ability to negotiate effectively and persuade clients to choose the company's services.
Knowledge of Waste Management:
Understanding of waste management processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Organizational and Time Management Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
Willingness to Travel:
