Urgent required for plastic factorySales Executive-01A Sales Executive for trash bins, also known as a waste management sales executive, is responsible for selling waste collection and disposal services to commercial and residential clients. They develop and implement sales strategies, prospect new clients, manage existing accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves understanding waste management solutions, building relationships, and achieving sales targets within a specific territory or region.Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Building and Maintaining Relationships:
Developing strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored waste management solutions.
Sales Process Management:
Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including presenting proposals and negotiating contracts.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meeting or exceeding sales goals and revenue targets set by the company.
Market Research and Analysis:
Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, and providing sales forecasts to management.
Customer Service:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Communication and Negotiation:
Effectively communicating with clients, building rapport, and negotiating terms of service.
Compliance:
Ensuring all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven Sales Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the waste management or related industry.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients.
Negotiation and Persuasion Skills:
Ability to negotiate effectively and persuade clients to choose the company's services.
Knowledge of Waste Management:
Understanding of waste management processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Organizational and Time Management Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
Willingness to Travel:
