We are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to lead our
General Contracting & Manpower company into its next phase of
growth and innovation. With a strong foundation in construction and
workforce management, we are looking for a dynamic leader who
brings operational expertise, strategic insight, and hands-on experience
in related trades.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and overall leadership for the
company across all departments.
Drive business growth in the construction and manpower
sectors, including civil, MEP, industrial, and facility
management trades.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
government authorities, and industry stakeholders.
Lead high-level contract negotiations, project approvals, and
operational budgeting.
Ensure project execution aligns with timelines, quality
standards, and cost efficiency.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and joint
ventures in both public and private sectors.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local
labor regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior
executive in construction, contracting, or manpower supply.
Extensive knowledge of Saudi market practices, labor laws,
and regional business dynamics.
Technical background or strong familiarity with trades such as
mechanical, electrical, civil, scaffolding, rigging, or
industrial services is a major advantage.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and crisis management skills.
