SRACO HR is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team in Dammam. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting payroll operations for large-scale projects with a workforce exceeding 2,500 employees.Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Relocation: Candidates must be ready to relocate
Iqama Status: Transferable Iqama required
Nationality: Filipino OnlyEligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll processing for large companies or projects (2,500+ staff)
Age: Below 35 years
Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama
Candidates with prior experience in GCC payroll systems preferredKey Skills & Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing for high-volume staff
Proficiency in payroll software and Excel-based reporting
Handling WPS and other statutory compliance
Coordinating with HR and Finance for accurate data flow
Ensuring timely salary disbursement and error-free calculations
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
