Ensure all contractual obligations are met by all parties involved.
Monitor project progress and ensure contractual terms are adhered to.
Manage contract documentation, records, and correspondence.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding contractual issues.
Identify and resolve contractual issues or disputes in a timely manner.
Assist in evaluating and assessing contractual risks and liabilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
Support in the procurement process and manage contractual aspects of purchase orders and service agreements.
Prepare reports and documentation related to contract status, changes, and compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role within construction, engineering, or project-based industries.
Knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and industry standards.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
