- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing inside-sales team to achieve exceptional conversion rates and surpass sales targets.
- Instil a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on refining sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies.
- Analyse the sales process to identify bottlenecks and areas for conversion rate improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for increasing conversion rates across different stages of the sales funnel.
- Establish a robust system for tracking and analysing essential KPIs.
- Regularly dissect KPI data to derive insights, make informed decisions, and fine-tune sales strategies.
- Work closely with the inside-sales team to develop persuasive and tailored sales pitches that resonate with various customer segments
- Ensure the sales pitches effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform.
- Customise sales approaches based on the characteristics and preferences of different customer segments.
- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Provide personalised coaching and training to inside-sales representatives based on KPI data and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to address skill gaps, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless transitions from lead generation to closing the sale.
- Implement best practices and innovative approaches to streamline and enhance the sales journey.
- Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, emphasising the importance of understanding customer needs to tailor sales solutions.
- Generate comprehensive reports on conversion rates, KPIs, and sales team performance.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making and resource allocation
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience successfully leading an inside sales team and achieving outstanding results.
- Proven experience in telesales or sales management role.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in call management software and CRM systems.
- Excellent knowledge of property & automotive markets.
- Expert in working experience of call centre systems & solutions.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Understanding of sales techniques and strategies, particularly in a telesales environment.
- Awareness of saudi market trends and competitive landscape.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
