- Manage assigned pharmacy chain accounts under the direction of the Commercial Head.
- Deliver agreed sales targets and distribution objectives.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance across accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities within assigned customers.
- Execute promotional plans and commercial agreements within assigned accounts.
- Ensure correct implementation of agreed trade terms and visibility plans.
- Track promotional performance and provide feedback to Commercial and Finance teams.
- Support negotiations by preparing data, analysis, and performance reviews.
- Ensure strong product availability and minimize out-of-stocks within assigned accounts.
- Monitor in-store execution standards and visibility.
- Coordinate with supply chain to address stock or service issues.
- Support new product launches and ensure timely listing and execution.
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts for assigned accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date account performance dashboards.
- Report market feedback, competitive activity, and customer insights internally.
- Work closely with:
- Marketing to execute campaigns and in-store activations
- Supply Chain to ensure service levels
- Finance for trade spend tracking and reconciliation
- Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Pharmacy or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in Key Account or sales roles within FMCG, consumer health, pharma-adjacent, wellness or nutrition categories
- Proven exposure to managing pharmacy chains in Saudi Arabia (e.g. Nahdi, Al-Dawaa or equivalent)
- Experience in promotional execution and trade coordination
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and sales performance tracking tools
