SWATX is looking for an Applications Operation Specialist to join our team and support the operational aspects of our software applications. In this role, you will manage application deployment, monitor performance, and ensure that all applications function smoothly for end-users. Your expertise will help enhance operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize application performance across the organization.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the deployment and configuration of applications, ensuring they are properly set up in production environments.
Monitor application performance in real-time and respond to alerts of potential issues or failures.
Analyze application logs and metrics to identify trends, make recommendations, and implement improvements.
Collaborate with development and support teams to troubleshoot application issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, including procedures, best practices, and user guides.
Implement and manage application updates and patches to ensure security and optimal performance.
Provide training and support to users regarding application functionalities and operational processes.

RequirementsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in application operations, support, or administration.
Strong understanding of software applications and their operational requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data effectively.
Proficiency in monitoring tools and reporting practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
Familiarity with ITIL practices or similar frameworks is a plus.
