• Manage daily design operations and act as the primary point of contact for design-related activities.
• Deliver delegated components of the annual business plan within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Strong understanding of construction phases, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience working on high-value developments within a consultancy setting is essential.
