NBC, a premier provider of heavy equipment solutions in the Eastern Province, is launching a new venture focused on supporting Saudi Arabia’s major construction and industrial projects. With a modern fleet of dozers, backhoes, loaders, and graders, we specialize in equipment sales, rental, and service.To drive this expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Operations Manager to lead our growing operations team. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, fleet efficiency, and service quality.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize equipment logistics, dispatch, and site operations.
Oversee fleet lifecycle: scheduling, mobilization, and preventive maintenance.
Manage and expand operator and ground staff teams, promoting safety and performance.
Serve as the main contact for key clients on operational matters.
Ensure compliance with all local laws and HSE standards.
Drive efficiency and cost control to maximize fleet utilization and profitability.Who We’re Looking For a Saudi National (Mandatory)
10+ years in heavy equipment operations (rental or construction sector preferred)
Strong technical knowledge of dozers, loaders, graders, excavators, etc.
Proven leadership in scaling teams and operations
Solid understanding of logistics and regulations in Eastern Province
