Looking for a person with IT background who is having experience in domain sale / purchase.
Minimum 5 years experience in Domain sale purchase.
Graduate in computer software.
A Domain Sales Executive's primary responsibility is to drive revenue by selling domain names and related services to businesses and individuals. This involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, presenting compelling sales pitches, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They must also stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively sell and support their offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identifying and researching potential clients interested in buying or selling domain names, including businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals. This may involve using various methods like cold calling, networking, online research, and social media engagement.
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences. This includes providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and handling any objections or complaints.
Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:
Delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the domain names and related services offered.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements with clients to finalize deals and achieve sales targets.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing regular sales reports to management. This includes analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Market and Competitor Research:
Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Working closely with other sales team members, marketing teams, and technical support staff to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience.
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of domain names and services, build rapport with clients, and negotiate effectively.
Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills:
Proven ability to identify leads, build relationships, deliver compelling sales pitches, and close deals.
Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:
Deep understanding of domain name systems, online branding, and digital marketing trends.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Skills:
Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client data, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve client issues, analyze sales data, and develop effective sales strategies.
