Supervise welders and fabricators on-site to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.Review and interpret fabrication drawings and welding procedures.Ensure high-quality welding and fabrication according to project standards.Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for workflow planning.Prepare daily progress reports and ensure proper documentation.Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with HSE standards.🎯 Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or technical certification in Welding / Fabrication or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Solid knowledge of different welding methods (MIG, TIG, SMAW).Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication schematics.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.Preferred: Certification in welding inspection (e.g., AWS, CSWIP).
