Job Category: HSEJob Description:We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced PMC HSE professionals to support a large-scale, complex energy and infrastructure development program in Saudi Arabia.Work Locations: Project sites across Saudi Arabia
Duration: Initial 24 months
Work Schedule: 48 hours per weekResponsibilities:HSE Specialist

Has experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries and has health, safety, and environment (HSE) experience on large projects. Capable of preparing HSE plan for grass roots projects. Has experience in coordinating with other IK HSE organizations. Capable of leading the site risk assessment study and generating the Process Safety Management Program for the project.

Senior Environmental Engineer

Has experience in delivering environmental support to the projects in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, onshore, offshore, or infrastructure industries. Performed and supervised complex environmental field investigative and compliance work and special studies, requiring technical expertise and knowledge within areas of assigned specialty; delivered major packages relevant to environmental activities. Developed and implemented environmental programs, for projects consistent with applicable environmental regulations, codes of conducts of various environmental research, studies and analyses.

Safety Supervisor

Experience relevant work experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, onshore, offshore, or infrastructure industries. The experience shall consist of involvement in construction safety activities related to large projects. Shall be responsible to ensure effective implementation of the established Safety Programs.

Safety Officer

Has experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries and has construction safety experience on large projects.

Prepares and implements an effective loss control program and safety program including corrective action procedures.This is an Expression of Interest only. Opportunities are subject to project award. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted accordingly.Qualifications:HSE Specialist

Experience: Minimum 15 years
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Certification: Internationally recognized safety certification (CSP, CMIOSH)
Background: Large oil & gas / energy / infrastructure projects, HSE plans, site risk assessments, PSM programs

Senior Environmental Engineer

Experience: Minimum 10 years
Education: Bachelor's degree in environmental science
Background: Environmental compliance, field investigations, studies, and implementation of environmental programs for major projects

Safety Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 15 years
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Certification: CSP / CMIOSH (mandatory)
Background: Construction safety for large projects, safety audits, compliance with international safety standards

Safety Officer

Experience: Minimum 10 years
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Certification: CSP / CMIOSH (preferred)
Background: Construction safety audits, loss prevention, and safety program implementation
