JASARA PMC, a leading Program Management Company, is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our recruitment efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract top-tier talent that aligns with our organizational goals and culture. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage candidate pipelines to fill critical roles within the company.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices. You will leverage various sourcing techniques, including networking and social media, to identify and engage potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and profile candidates.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Conduct interviews and candidate evaluations to assess fit and capabilities.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective hiring.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the engineering or construction sectors.
Proven track record in successfully recruiting for mid to senior-level positions.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment practices, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Understanding of labor market trends and competitive hiring practices.
