The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.The Role: Day AuditorThe Day Auditor plays a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of the Resort. This position is responsible for verifying and reporting hotel revenues, ensuring all financial data is accurately captured and reported in accordance with both local regulations and Four Seasons’ internal policies.The Day Auditor reviews all revenue-related documentation submitted to the Accounting department and ensures its accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls. A key output of the role is the preparation and publication of the Daily Revenue Report, which serves as an essential tool for Resort leadership to monitor daily financial performance and guide strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Review and verify daily revenue postings from all operating departments.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information through detailed reconciliation and analysis.Compile and distribute the Daily Revenue Report to Resort leadership.Monitor compliance with internal financial policies and procedures, with particular focus on revenue recognition.Identify discrepancies or irregularities and escalate as necessary.Collaborate closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other operational departments to resolve revenue issues.Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting tasks as needed.Knowledge & Skills:College education or equivalent professional experience in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role (such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) or in an operating department with a strong accounting focus.Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Four Seasons Internal Controls related to Income Audit.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong numerical and analytical skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.Ethical decision-making and sound judgment in financial matters.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Previous Four Seasons experience is an asset but not required.What to Expect from Your Four Seasons Career:Competitive net salary in a tax-free environmentTravel AllowanceLive-out allowance30 days’ vacation and 10 public holidays annuallyMedical and life insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramWorldwide complimentary stays at Four Seasons propertiesDry cleaning for work attireExtensive training, growth, and development opportunities
