We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Engineer with a strong background in steel fabrication, welding, and quality control. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in working with mild steel, stainless steel and galvanized iron. A deep understanding of fabrication drawings, cutting lengths, quantity take-offs, and quality assurance is essential.Key Responsibilities:Interpret and analyze fabrication drawings with precisionPlan and execute fabrication processes for stainless steel, mild steel, and galvanized iron materialsPrepare cutting lengths and optimize material usage to minimize wastageSupervise and inspect welding works as per industry standardsCreate and implement a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for fabrication projectsConduct detailed quality inspections during and after fabricationCalculate and extract material quantities from drawings (BOQ preparation)Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely executionMaintain fabrication documentation and quality recordsEnsure adherence to safety and quality standards at all stages of fabricationRequirements:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Fabrication / Production Engineering or relevant fieldProven experience (5+ years preferred) in steel fabrication and weldingStrong knowledge of stainless steel, mild steel, and galvanized iron properties and applicationsProficient in reading and interpreting fabrication and structural drawingsKnowledge of various cutting methodsHands-on experience with welding techniques (ARC,MIG, TIG)Ability to prepare cutting plans and estimate material consumption accuratelyExperience in preparing and executing Quality Assurance PlansSound knowledge of quality inspection procedures and standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesOnly Indian & Pakistani apply please
