We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our team. As a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more.Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is in good working order
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Ensure all work is done in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment maintenanceRequirements:- 2+ years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including electrical, gas, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and tools
- Valid driver's license (if required)Preferred Qualifications:- Certification in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance
- Experience with specific brands of commercial kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
