Analyses, and conduct studies in various areas pertaining to air törce operations. Studies will be assigned based on internal or external authority requests. Expectations are met when the assigned objectives of the study arc completed to the RSAF standards. And Performs training, planning, standardization and evaluation, and other staff duty functions.Job Requirements:· Master's degree from a military command and staff college, war college or may be waived with Master's degree from an accredited university related field of military research & analysis study· Saudi or former foreign fighter Pilot at Combatant Command Level who has previously worked in operational air bases as a fighter pilot with no less than (10+) years of experience, including (5) as an expert planning tactical and strategic operations. with A minimum of (1500) flight hours.· Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in capability development & assessment is required.· Experience working in the Middle East region for former foreign is desired· Thorough understanding of Joint Air Operations is desired.· Preferred to have previously served as a member of any Aviation Capability Based Assessment for fighter or reconnaissance, air transport, Helicopters aircraft.· Preferred to have previously served as a member of any research & analysis study in drones related field of military or military air system.· Preferred Experience with modelling and simulation and the integration of information into comprehensive intelligence products.· High standard of spoken and written English language to International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or equivalent for non-native speakers.· Proficient in utilizing standard MS Office computer applications.· Medically qualified for this type of job, will be required to maintain RSAF requirements.
