Global Trade Specialist - Indirect TaxAt EY, we're all in to shape your future with confidence.We'll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.Join EY and help to build a better working world.The opportunityEY is looking for a Senior Manager to join the KSA Global Trade helping leading organizations to move goods and services around the world more effectively.Your key responsibilities:Client responsibilitiesYou are expected to work effectively as a member of a worldwide network of professional advisors, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress. You must also collaborate with a team of Global Trade professionals to analyze complex trade related matters and provide recommendation on the most cost effective and compliant way forward. You will be assisting in preparing reports to be delivered to clients and other parties. You will also develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and build strong internal relationships within the EY tax practice and across other service lines.Key Technical ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice on global trade regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures and assist clients in ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations. Analyze clients' supply chain operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and risk mitigation in their global trade activities. Help clients save cost through the use of Free Trade agreements and other Special Programs. Support clients during post-clearance audit programs and build the case to respond to the Customs Authorities. Leverage EY's technology platforms to offer clients innovative solutions for trade management, compliance monitoring, and reporting. Keep abreast of changes in global trade regulations and advise clients on the implications for their business. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and effective communication. Understand clients' business models and provide tailored solutions to their global trade challenges. Work closely with other EY teams, such as Tax, Advisory, and Assurance, to provide comprehensive services to clients.Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Law or related fields.
Experience working for a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred. However, we will consider with relevant industry experience.
Customs and trade advisory experience is required.

Ideally, you'll also

Have a relevant Masters degree, CPA or ACA/CA/CPA/CMA/SOCPA/Law qualification/CTA or equivalent tax qualification.
Have high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Have experience working in multicultural teams.
