What We NeedOivan is seeking a Technical Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience leading local and/or international software and IT projects. You will be responsible for driving our largest local software development project, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.With your background in Agile Scrum methodologies, you’ll lead the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to continuous improvement—ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.Technical familiarity with Golang, Node.js, .NET, microservices, and deployment is a strong advantage.What You'll DoAs a Technical Project Manager, you will:Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverablesDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirementsConduct kickoff meetings to align stakeholders and team membersImplement and champion Agile Scrum methodologies for project deliveryFacilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and RetrospectivesAct as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering collaborationAllocate and optimize resources, considering team strengths and project needsWork with HR and stakeholders to ensure resource availabilitySupport the PMO with project facilitation for our Saudi Arabian clientsWhat You Have5+ years of project management experience in software development, IT services, or related fields
