- Must be strong in operations with ability to manage large catering requirements across multiple
- locations.
- · Liaises with direct manager to ensure the support to the site and the team.
- · Ensure compliance of junior team members of CATRION to ensure that processes are followed.
- · Assists in the training of junior team members in the CATRION, ensures requirements from client are
- understood, followed and consistent service is delivered.
- · Assist in the completion of employee evaluation or appraisals as per company procedure, to include
- improvement plans.
- · Conducting regular area reviews to ensure team member are meeting performance standards and
- agreed services as per contract/agreement are delivered.
- · Delivery of budgeted profit through management of food costs, labour costs and overhead costs
- · Manage client relationships through regular formal and informal interaction, dealing with and resolving
- issues quickly without compromising the expected profitability of the project.
- · Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently maintained in accordance
- with the Quality Assurance Program
- · Responsible for all camp/site administration as required
- · Ensure the handling of daily material issuing is in line with unit budgets.
- · Ensure an efficient Daily Walk Through.
- · Manages effective training and development of all team members, identifying any gaps to direct line
- manager.
- · To report any equipment defects, maintenance requirements that will hamper the expected level of
- service.
- · Report all accidents, incidents, and any injuries as well as any customer complaints immediately.
- · Attending Client and Company training courses as deemed necessary, fully support, and participate in
- all Client and Company safety initiatives.
- · Ensure work is always conducted hygienically and safe work practices are followed.
- · Ensure the personal working hygiene standards meet both the company and statutory requirements.
- · Attended daily site meetings, briefing, trainings, meetings as and when required.
- · Perform additional duties and any other tasks, as requested by the manager or the client.
- · Aware of basic food and beverage knowledge ·
- Good in communication skills, both written and verbal ·
- Fluent in English and working knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and willingness to work for long and extended hours besides multitasking. ·
- Well groomed, friendly, cheerful, and polite attitude ·
- Ability to coordinate with various departments for Quality, Hygiene & Food Safety related issues through understanding processes and approaches.
