Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

• Install, operate, maintain and repair refrigeration equipment to ensure all refrigeration component and parts are always in their best condition
• Install, operate, maintain and repair control devices associated with refrigeration equipment and air conditioning systems to ensure they are running without issues at all times
• Operate various measuring and testing instruments for refrigeration equipment and components
• Specify spare parts and consumables for repair and maintenance work, select appropriate replacement parts and troubleshoot problems for refrigeration equipment and components to eliminate breakdown for the refrigeration operations
• Read machines' manuals, review piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) drawings and control diagrams of refrigeration systems to assist and plan for troubleshooting, as required
• Perform Welding, Brazing, Soldering, Pipe Fitting of Refrigeration Equipment and Components

• Strong Knowledge of industrial ammonia refrigeration plants, preferably in the food industry environment
• Good knowledge and experience of Sabro, Unisab III, SCADA, PLC and BMS
• Previous experience in Big or Mega plant projects is preferred

• A minimum of Diploma degree (3 years curriculum) or Specialized Certificate (2 years curriculum) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is required
• A minimum of (5 years' experience) in maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration and cooling systems including large sized air conditioning units is required
