- Managing contractual, operational and financial responsibilities of the projects
- Managing staff on construction sites
- Controlling the schedules and budgets
- Negotiating and drafting contractual documents
- Proactively overseeing the accurate application of safety and quality processes
- Liaising with external clients and consultancies
- Bachelor's degree qualification in Civil Engineering, ideally with a Master's degree in Finance, Business Management or similar
- Around 10-15 years' experience in a hands-on project management role for major civils projects, particularly utilities works and road infrastructure
- Confident and authoritative, you have the ability to take control of projects and ensure they are delivered on time and to budget
- Previous experience working for project management consultancies or main contractors
- Previous history of working internationally is preferred, especially in the Gulf region
- Excellent financial acumen
