Position: Ticket Issuance/Re-issuance ExecutiveWork Location: Tabuk, Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:
Issuing and re-issuing airline tickets.
Managing ticket cancellations and amendments.
Responding to customer inquiries regarding tickets and providing assistance.
Staying updated on various airline regulations and fare rules.
Advising customers on the best deals and routing options.Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in ticket issuance and re-issuance is mandatory.
Proficiency in operating Amadeus and Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System) software is essential.
In-depth knowledge of airline ticket booking procedures and policies.
Ability to work under pressure and excellent multitasking skills.
Outstanding customer service skills and fluent communication.
Proficient in computer and internet usage.
