Al Moallam (CJSC) Company, one of the major contracting companies for Saudi Aramco & SEC looking for a full time, experienced Project Manager for the FMD division in Shaybah.Job Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality FM services in compliance with client requirements, contractual KPIs, and company standards, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability. To lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of a comprehensive Facilities Management (FM) contract with Saudi Aramco.The Candidate should have the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in of experience in Facilities Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale FM contracts.
Must have prior experience working on Saudi Aramco projects or be fully aware of Aramco systems, protocols, and expectations.
Knowledge of CAFM systems, FM KPIs, and contract management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of FM service delivery standards.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and FM software systems.
Willing to work in remote Aramco locations if required.
