Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of application developers and support engineers. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Roster, track associate performance, conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones as required for improvement.
- Performance evaluations. Escalation and stakeholder handling. Ensure business is driven with proper BCP plan and availability of associates.
- Drive defined SLA and KPI for the projects and ensure it is achieved.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within SLA and KPI, and meet quality standards.
- Innovation and Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, vendors, and partners.
Requirements: - Leadership and Management:
- Proven experience leading teams of 30+ members.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, develop, and retain team members.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong Understanding of business operations and SDLC.
- Experience with application development frameworks and technologies.
- Knowledge of database management systems, APIs, and integration.
- Project Management:
- Experience with Agile methodologies, project planning, and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record on SLA and KPI achievements for team
- Business Acumen:
- Understanding of business operations, goals, and objectives.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Arabic Language:
- Must have strong understanding of Arabic language.
