About Us:
We Mint Creative Production and Entertainment is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team.Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate estimates and proposals for projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our bids are competitive and profitable.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for projects
Conduct quantity takeoffs and calculations
Analyze project requirements and specifications
Develop and maintain estimating databases and templates
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate estimates

Requirements:

Experience in construction industry ideally on large-scale or complex projects (fitout projects, theming is a plus)
Familiarity with both residential and commercial interior projects (hotels, malls, cinemas, F&B, theme parks, etc)
Experience in preparing technical/commercial packages, analyze subcon/supplier quotations, prepare pricing sheets and BOQs.
Understanding of FIDIC and contracts, risk identification and scope gaps analysis.
