DearWe are hiring for the HSE Officer position in Rabigh, KSA.ð¨ Mandatory Requirement (Non-Negotiable):Direct & Explicit HSSE Experience in Power / Desalination Plant OperationsCandidates without this experience will not be considered.ð Key Criteria:

Minimum 5 years HSSE experience in Power/Desalination Plant
Bachelor’s in Safety/Environmental/Engineering
Valid HSSE certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, etc.)
Strong knowledge of HSSE standards & emergency response
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
