- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash pots, pans, and kitchen tools.
- Ensure garbage is separated and disposed of properly; maintain waste management areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and stewarding storage areas.
- Support culinary and service teams by ensuring timely provision of clean tools and equipment.
- Follow Four Seasons and local safety protocols, including chemical handling and PPE use.
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen deliveries as needed.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors.
- Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong team spirit.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English is preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
