📢 Urgent Hiring: Hard Services Supervisor – Jeddah
We are hiring a Hard Services Supervisor to manage MEP and technical maintenance operations at our facility sites in Jeddah.
📍 Location: Jeddah/Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🕒 Duty Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with emergency availability)
💰 Salary: SAR 4,300 – 4,700/month
🏠 Accommodation & 🚐 Transport: Provided by the company
📄 Iqama Transfer: Provided
✈ Return Ticket: Provided to home country🔧 Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical systems
Manage preventive & corrective maintenance activities
Conduct site inspections and maintain safety compliance
Monitor subcontractor work and ensure SLA adherence
Maintain logbooks, service records, and technical documentation

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Mandatory: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3–5 years in Hard Services/FM technical supervision
Strong technical knowledge of building systems & equipment
Good coordination, leadership, and client communication skills
CAFM knowledge is a plus
Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
