Required Operations Manager – Telecom Projects

• Oversee day-to-day operations of telecom project sites.
• Manage project execution, site activities, and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor manpower, resources, and materials allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare progress reports and present to senior management.
• Lead project teams and resolve operational challenges effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in telecom project operations.
• Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure (Fiber, GSM, IBS, OSP/ISP).
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
