• Act as a liaison between the client-managed services testing team and third-party testing teams for each project.
• Collaborate on initiatives based on client demand.
• Align with the client IT Excellence Falcon process team to ensure compliance with existing processes by third-party testing teams.
• Identify and prepare any missing artifacts in alignment with client processes for implementation.
• Ensure proper scope coverage by third-party testing teams and align test deliverables.
