Job Objective:To prepare and cook shawarma meals to a high standard, serve customers quickly and professionally, and ensure food safety and cleanliness at all times.Key Responsibilities:Shawarma Preparation:Prepare and season main ingredients like meat (beef or chicken) for shawarma.Organize and prepare vegetables, sauces, and side dishes to accompany shawarma.Monitor the grilling process and ensure even cooking.Prepare bread and other accompaniments for serving shawarma (such as pita or saj bread).Food Preparation for Other Dishes:Prepare side dishes like French fries, salads, and appetizers as per customer orders.Ensure that dishes are served as per customer preferences and in the right portions.Maintaining Cleanliness:Clean and maintain kitchen utensils, knives, dishes, and other equipment.Ensure that the work area is cleaned regularly to maintain food safety.Follow hygiene standards in food handling and preparation.Customer Interaction:Greet and assist customers with their orders and provide menu guidance.Serve shawarma and other dishes to customers in an appropriate and timely manner.Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels and order ingredients when necessary.Help with organizing and storing ingredients safely and at the correct temperatures.Compliance with Health Standards:Adhere to all hygiene and food safety standards.Follow company policies and public health guidelines.Qualifications Required:Nationality: Preferred candidates should be of Indian or Bangladeshi nationality.Previous experience in food preparation or cooking, preferably in shawarma or grilled foods.Knowledge of spices and ingredients used in shawarma preparation.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.Required Skills:Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.Proficient in using kitchen equipment (such as shawarma grills).Ability to work quickly and efficiently.Good customer service skills and a professional attitude.Work Location : Alahsa - KSAapply via : (please write the job name on the email title ) - Shawarma Worker
