### **Job Summary:**We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Mechanical Engineer Designer** specializing in **Plumbing, HVAC, and Firefighting systems** to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and coordination of mechanical building systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.---### **Key Responsibilities:**

Design mechanical systems including **HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), Plumbing, and Firefighting** systems for building projects.
Develop detailed **MEP drawings**, **schematics**, and **layouts** using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
Perform **load calculations**, **equipment selection**, **duct sizing**, **pipe sizing**, and **pressure drop calculations**.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
Prepare **BOQs**, **specifications**, **technical reports**, and **submittals** for client and regulatory review.
Ensure compliance with **ASHRAE**, **NFPA**, **IPC**, **UPC**, **local building codes**, and **industry standards**.
Attend site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings as required.
Support construction teams with design clarifications, modifications, and problem-solving.

---### **Qualifications:**

Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or a related field.
**3–8 years** of relevant experience in mechanical systems design for building services.
Strong knowledge of **HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system design**.
Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Revit MEP**, **HAP/Elite software**, **Carrier E20-II**, or similar.
Familiarity with applicable codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IMC).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
**Professional Engineering License (PE)** or equivalent certification is a plus.
