- Education: Completed professional training in the gas cutting field or worked in a related field.
- Experience: A person with more than 3 years of experience in steel cutting and capable of operating CNC flame cutting machine.
- Certifications: Gas-related qualifications, Completion of relevant training and experience certificate.
- Knowledge: Understanding of flame cutting machine, materials, and processes.
- Risk Assessment Skills: Plan and execute safe work practices in flame cutting processes.
