- Lead and manage the steakhouse & grill culinary operations.
- Design and implement menus highlighting premium meats, grills, and accompaniments.
- Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation of all dishes.
- Source and manage premium meat suppliers to guarantee product excellence.
- Train, mentor, and inspire a team of chefs and cooks to deliver exceptional service.
- Control kitchen operations including food cost management and inventory control.
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Play a key role in pre-opening activities such as recruitment, training, and kitchen setup.
- Minimum 8-10 years of culinary experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in a luxury steakhouse or grill concept.
- Deep knowledge of butchery, grilling techniques, and premium meat handling.
- Pre-opening experience in ultra-luxury or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills in managing multicultural teams.
- Strong organizational and financial management skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
