Contract:3 to 6 months(extendable)Job SummaryOur client is seeking an experienced Modular Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of modular construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with expertise in modular construction methods and technologies.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for modular construction projects.- Collaborate with design teams to ensure module designs meet project requirements and are optimized for fabrication and assembly.- Manage relationships with module manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of modules to site.- Oversee site preparation, module delivery, and assembly, ensuring that modules are installed correctly and safely.- Ensure that modules meet quality standards, and defects are identified and addressed promptly.- Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are managed.- Identify and mitigate risks associated with modular construction projects, including logistics, transportation, and assembly.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on modular construction.- Proven ability to manage complex construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and defects.
