Employment Type: Full-timeThe Senior Buyer & Procurement Team Leader will manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, and cost optimization while leading a procurement team. The role ensures timely sourcing of materials/services in line with Saudi localization (Saudization) and procurement regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end procurement processes (sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, PO issuance).Develop and maintain supplier relationships (local/international), ensuring compliance with KSA regulations.Drive cost-saving initiatives and strategic sourcing aligned with business goals.Ensure procurement follows company policies and Saudi laws (local content, anti-corruption).Manage contracts, SLAs, and supplier performance evaluations.Oversee inventory control and logistics coordination for timely delivery.Mentor and lead the procurement team, ensuring efficiency and compliance.Collaborate with finance for budget alignment and payment terms.Note:
We are looking for the less experienced / fresher candidates with well knowledge candidates because of the budget of our salary is 2500 SR - 5000 SR
