Nationality: Saudi National is a primary preference for this role.Profiles for a specialized Project Manager for Open Banking.This is a critical role that requires a specific set of skills to ensure the successful delivery of our Open Banking roadmap.Below are the key requirements we need the outsourcing companies to focus on:

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Project Management, specifically within the Financial Services or Fintech sector.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record in delivering Open Banking projects.
Local Market Knowledge: Prior experience with SAMA Open Banking Framework and regulatory approval processes is highly preferred.

Technical Background: A strong technical foundation (APIs, Security protocols) is essential to bridge the gap between business and IT.
Certification: Must be PMP certified.

The candidate must be capable of driving internal and external stakeholder management and navigating the end-to-end regulatory approval cycle
