The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing apparel section.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with apparel selections and product informationMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floorPerform merchandise folding, tagging, and display according to visual merchandising standardsProcess transactions efficiently using point of sale systemsAssist with inventory management including receiving, counting, and restocking apparelRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional mannerMonitor fitting rooms and ensure garments are returned neatlyStay up-to-date with current fashion trends and promotions to offer product suggestionsCollaborate with other store associates to meet sales goals and KPIsEnsure compliance with store policies, security procedures, and safety regulationsRequirements:Previous experience in retail or fashion sales preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and visual presentationAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandiseHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer relations or retail operations is a plus
