- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to exceed financial targets, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously innovating to maintain a competitive edge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and trends
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
- Experience in budget management and financial planning
- Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market and customer expectations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed for business development and industry events
