Senior Manager- Design - Hospitality (RES8)

• Lead the design and development of hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic vision and brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create compelling design solutions that enhance the guest experience.
• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept through to construction, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Establish design guidelines and standards specific to hospitality projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback to design teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends in hospitality design and incorporate innovative practices into project work.
• Engage with hospitality operators and stakeholders to gather insights and refine design concepts as necessary.
• Manage and mentor design team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence and creativity.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in hospitality design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proven ability to lead and manage design teams effectively.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling narratives.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, sustainability practices, and applicable regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
