- Addressing client enquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conducting market and competitor research – adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Tracking and analysing performance data. Then, preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior managers
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with strong leadership and team management skills.
- An understanding and experience of working within the academic/K12 sector.
- An adeptness at making region-specific decisions, managing complex situations, with excellent business acumen skills.
- The ability to work under a challenging and competitive environment, coupled with the natural drive to achieve aggressive business growth targets.
- A fluency in English. Fluency in Arabic would be beneficial.
