- Recruit, screen, and place AI specialists (data scientists, ML engineers, AI researchers, etc.) across multiple industries.
- Provide training programs to upskill teams in advanced AI skills and emerging technologies.
- Deliver AI project manpower solutions, ensuring the right talent is aligned with project needs and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI staffing, talent management, training, and project-based manpower solutions.
- Familiarity with AI technical domains: ML, NLP, Deep Learning, RPA, Computer Vision, Gen AI, Agentic AI, OSINT, GEOINT.
- Strong communication, talent assessment, and training delivery skills.
