- Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations in receiving, storing, and distributing products.
- Manage inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and coordinating stock replenishments.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Implement safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a compliant and secure working environment.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory movements and prepare reports for management.
- Address and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues with suppliers and internal departments.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to warehouse operations.
