- Develop and execute initiatives to attract new tenants to the company's properties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that highlight property benefits and amenities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, acting as a liaison between tenants and management.
- Implement tenant retention strategies, including feedback mechanisms, loyalty programs satisfaction surveys and community-building activities.
- Analyze tenant feedback and market trends to continuously improve the tenant experience.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless move-in/move- out processes, resolve tenant issue promptly, and maintain high-quality property standards.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to tenant acquisition and retention.
- Develop regular reports for management to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Work closely with property management, leasing, and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize tenant satisfaction.
- Participate in lease negotiations and renewals to ensure tenant needs are met.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, demographics, and competitive offerings that can inform growth strategies.
- Analyze tenant data, including demographics, behavior, and preference, to inform targeted marketing initiatives and optimize tenant growth.
- Stay updated on industry best practices related to tenant relations and property management.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure tenant growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the leasing team responsible for medium- and long-term rentals, ensuring effective lease-up and renewal strategies.
- Oversee the reservation team responsible for managing bookings and reservations on various platforms, ensuring seamless communication and optimal occupancy.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales and corporate partnerships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase revenue and expand the company's footprint.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, tenant relations, property management, hospitality, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to assess tenant feedback and market data.
- Proven ability to develop creative solutions to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
