We're hiring a seasoned IT Manager to lead the full technology function for a growing regional business. Define and execute a business-aligned IT strategy, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.Lead the customization, integration, and optimization of Odoo ERP, ensuring it supports operations across retail, warehousing, logistics, finance, HR, and manufacturing.Manage ERP vendors and ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met.Oversee the design and stability of IT infrastructure across regional offices.Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, compliance, and system uptime.Drive the execution of IT projects including software deployments, upgrades, and cloud/security initiatives.Set milestones, allocate resources, and monitor delivery.Enforce data protection policies aligned with GCC regulations (especially Saudi Arabia & Kuwait), and establish enterprise-level cybersecurity frameworks.Profile
10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within retail/consumer good/luxury brandsExpertise in Odoo ERP - functional and technical certifications is a MUSTProven success in managing large-scale ERP implementations and cross-functional tech teamsExperience in multi-country IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor managementCertifications in ITIL, PMP, or Cybersecurity (CISSP/CISM) are a strong advantageStrong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with a strategic mindsetJob Offer
