Create forms, workflows and prototypes
Design, code and test technical solutions
Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
Assist in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules
Understand the necessity of and contribute to development standards
Prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Develop applications to fulfill modern data capture
Utilize ServiceNow as well as best practices for software development methodologies outlined by Deloitte, to ensure that work is compliant, efficient, and effective
Develop custom ServiceNow applications using modern web technologies
Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
Team members are responsible for requirements analysis, system design, and playing a vital role throughout the entire development lifecycle
Members of the development team must also possess the aptitude to search for answers when they aren't easily accessible

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of experience as technical consultant/architect/developer
Understanding of MySQL databases
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-Now Platform
Working knowledge in ServiceNow Configuration Management, ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Implementation
ServiceNow experience of at least 2 years
Understanding of enterprise IT architecture and ITSM
Experience in implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform
Experience with web services integration, specifically SOAP and REST
Strong technical knowledge in Service-Now Tool OOB (Out of the Box) Concepts like Client Scripts, Ul Policy, Ul Actions, Business Rule etc
Experience with Application UI and Workflow configuration
Preferred: ServiceNow Implementation certification
