Responsibilities:Develop and implement credit evaluation standards for agents and end customers to ensure sales risks are controlled.Assess credit qualifications including financial strength, transaction history, and industry reputation.Monitor and update credit ratings regularly, adjusting credit limits as needed based on customer performance.Ensure all credit policies comply with Saudi financial regulations and internal compliance standards.Develop and maintain an agent credit management manual; conduct regular training for internal teams and partners.Collaborate with banks and insurance providers to enhance credit guarantee structures.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in a B2B or industrial sector.Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, collections, and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English (required), Arabic is a plus.Experience working with legal and sales departments is a plus.Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
holding credit management certification (such as CRCM) is preferred.
