Shear International Co. Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing international company. As Commercial Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and maximise profitability. You will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, pricing, and contract negotiations.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company objectives.
Manage and lead the commercial team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate and manage commercial contracts.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop pricing strategies to optimise profitability.
Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on commercial performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or in a similar senior commercial role.
Strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable.
