This role requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of both hard and soft services in the housekeeping domain.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
Ensure cleaning standards are met in accordance with BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) guidelines
Oversee both soft services (cleaning, laundry, waste management) and hard services (maintenance-related housekeeping)
Train and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance
Conduct regular inspections and audits
Manage inventory and supplies efficiently
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Female candidate only
Any nationality
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping (hard and soft services)
Transferrable Iqama
Strong knowledge of BICS standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
